My Grandfather was born in England into a family of seven children. They were members of the church of England and were converted to the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. One by one the children were able to come to U.S.A. with help from a immigration fund. The fund had to be paid back and then he was able to send money back to England to help bring the rest of the family to America. My Great Grandmothers, and mothers made quilts, sewed clothes, preserved food, raised chicken and sold them along with the eggs .My mother, the eighth child of her family has carried on the traditions of - Teaching eighth of the golden rule. I'm the third child of my family. I have four children and ten grandchildren. We are following the traditions to keep our blood line strong.
