Bio:
Mother of Andrew (14), Hannah (12), Collin (9), and Miriam (3), wife of Dave. Other interests include travel, music, religion, water-wise landscape design, collecting nature objects and international folk art, and teaching two weekly children’s art classes.

Purpose:
Picasso said, “I put all the tings I love into my pictures.” Aesthetically, I focus on vivid color, bold and imaginative shape, and surface interest. Though my subjects or symbols continue to evolve, my basic purpose and motivation remain mostly constant. My paintings are about the eternal nature of all living things, and focus on humankind’s relationship with and empowerment from God. In a society where goodness has become much maligned, it is most important to me that my works be positive and universally enjoyable messages of good. I donate at least twenty percent of my profits to local and international relief organizations.
