Artist Statement:
The concept behind my super hero broadside was to use the mythology of our day to grab interest. Super heroes constantly sacrifice what they want to help everyone else, which I believed was a great example of the golden rule. I chose to use a multi-media approach as I could keep vibrant colors but have them displayed as a backdrop to the importance of the message.
